What do I need to know before I turn up to my Podiatry appointment?

What should I bring to my Podiatry appointment
- List of current medication
- List of health conditions and approximate duration
- List of injuries, accidents and surgery
- Referral if you have one (Referral only required under DVA and Chronic disease management plan)
- Shoes (work, sport) and orthotics if you have them
- Cards (Medicare, Private Health, DVA) if you have them
- Method of payment (Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Debit card )

What should I wear to my Podiatry appointment
- Comfortable clothing
- Clothing that will maintain your modesty but allow access to whole leg
- Loose clothes can be rolled back if required
- Shorts give access to most of the leg
- For Biomechanical assessment active wear may be most suitable (ask your Podiatrist)
- Bring a smile…it makes for a happier day
